Return window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

If your order ships into the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must meet the eligibility requirements noted above, and you’ll need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• In the same condition you received them

• Unworn/unused, with original tags attached

• In the original packaging

• Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Items sent back without an approved return request will not be accepted.

How to start a return

Email kyleeannpoch@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return.
If your return is approved, we’ll email you a prepaid return label and instructions.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, please email us to start a return. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the item you want. This is the fastest way to secure your preferred size/color.

Damages & order issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

• If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

• Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
  If it’s been more than 15 business days since your return was approved, please contact us at kyleeannpoch@gmail.com.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

• Custom/personalized or special-order items are not returnable.

• Sale items and gift cards are final sale.
